Registration

 

Use the conference registration system (button above) to make the registration and pay the registration fee.
  

• If you have attended the previous conference CSAC 2023, please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “Create new account”.
• After logging in, click on “+ New registration” to register for the conference and make the payment of the registration fee or “Send new abstract” to submit an abstract.
   

Cancellations and refund

The Conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail at amca@amca.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration.

Cancellation received
  

• before July 31, 2025: full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 150 CZK will be deducted
• from August 1 to September 4, 2025: 50 % of the registration fee
• from September 5, 2025: no refund

The regular fee includes: access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks (VAT included). 

The reduced fee for students and laboratory technicians and one-day fee includes: access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks (VAT included).

Accompanying program

Welcome drink

The Czech Society for Analytical Cytometry invites participants to a welcome party, which is covered by CSAC Society (not from the registration fee). Admission is free to participants.

Social event

Upon registration, CSAC members will receive free tickets for this event.

Non-members can purchase the tickets for 800 CZK via the registration form.

Tickets to the social event and welcome drink for an accompanying person can be purchased for 1 800 CZK via the registration form.

The Regular and Reduced fee for students and lab technicians includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials and coffee breaks (VAT included).

For members of the Czech Society for Analytical Cytometry, attendance at the social event on Sunday is free - paid from the funds of the Society for Analytical Cytometry. Non-members can purchase a ticket to the event for the price of 800 CZK (in the registration form).
